Getting zincification effect without plating. Super zinc spray paint is the new technology and concept for steel anti-corrosion. It adopts the strongpoint of traditional anti-rust technologies - shielding protection and sacrificial cathode protectioin, with double and long anti-corrosion capability and wide applicability. One component super zinc spray paint contains rich zinc powder with pureness rate above 96%, special high molecular mixture, additives and solvents, and doesn't contain prussic acid, benzene, methylbenzene, ketone and chloralkane, no activation life limit, can paint by brush and roller or spraying. It is very convenient to use and you can get zincification effect without plating. |

Application: Super Zinc is a highly active anti-corrosion spray paint which contains highly purified zinc powder. The product combines advantages of ordinary zinc galvanizing technique and zinc-spraying paint, providing reliable cathodic protection for metals underneath. The unique way of application makes zinc galvanizing as easy as painting, at the same time provides long term protective performance over 10 years. The product is widely used for: 1)Long-term protection of steel components and establishments such as iron bars, outdoor iron pipes, iron towers, steel frames, containers, bridges, outdoor signs, etc; 2) Suitable for the repairing and protection of welding joints, rivet joints and zinc galvanizing layers.

在镀锌加工时，会出现表面闪闪发亮的镀锌面失去光泽而呈现灰色或暗灰色的现象，通常称为烧灰（grey coating)。虽然它不会对防锈效果有大影响，但使外观呈现欠缺。使用一般的银粉漆来修补，经过数月后，未修补处的镀锌面由于氧化而失去光泽，但银粉漆修补处仍然光泽如初，使修补处一目了然。ROVAL MC根据镀锌板在空气中氧化褪色的特征而设计的镀锌件专用修补剂。使用ROVAL MC进行修补。修补处将与镀锌面同样发生褪色，一定时间后修补处与未修补处将融为一色。同时，喷雾剂型包装，在各种场所下只需一喷即可得到镀锌色调的银色。 |
