》The SSM-unit is equiped with a two-line pneumatic remote control system and 10 metres 1" blasthose, 2" suction hose and two 1/4" remote control hoses. |
》The hoses are attached to the brush blashing head, which is provided with a 6 mm diameter blastnozzle. The SSM has a maximum operating pressure of 4 bar.Cleaning speeds depends on the original condition of the surface to be balsted and can vary between 3 to 6 m2/h. |
》Air consumption,with 6 mm nozzle, 4 bar operation pressure and a pneumatic vacuumsource is 4,5 m3/min. -160 cfm. With an electric vacuumsource the unit consumes 1,5 m3/min-55 cfm. |
》A larger type, the Jumbo-SSM, is available for higher production, between 6 and 12 m2/h, as well as a unit a high capacity cyclone for adjustable separation of dust and re-usable abrasive. |
